The Annual Trolley Tour of Irish Newport will offer two tours this year. The first departs from Hibernian Hall, 2 Wellington Ave., at 10 a.m. and the second departs at 12:30 p.m. from Hibernian Hall.

These 2-hour tours, narrated by Mike Slein, include stops at various sites connected to the history of the Irish in Newport, including The Forty Steps on Cliff Walk and the Barney Street Cemetery. Both tours include an introductory visit to the Museum’s Interpretive Center on Lower Thames Street. Complimentary coffee and pastries will be available at 9:30 a.m.

The event is free, but donations are gratefully accepted.
